Web3 Program Manager, Legal

Location: New York, Bay Area or Remote

OpenSea is the first and largest marketplace for non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, which are digital goods endowed with property rights. You will be one of the first few members of the legal team and will report directly to the General Counsel.  The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player that is passionate about NFTs and blockchain technology and happiest in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment.  

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain scalable programs and processes for tracking, assessing, and monitoring key legal and compliance initiatives - Support our community/customer service team with user escalations  - Provide fact-development and coordination support in complex legal and policy matters - Identify areas of organizational opportunity and execute new solutions to address them - Manage and organize key company documents, contracts, and outside counsel budgets and billing

Desired Experience: - B.A. or B.S. from accredited undergraduate institution  - Program and/or project management experience  - Highly organized and strong attention to detail - Comfort with context-shifting and quickly learning new things - Track record of executing solutions quickly and efficiently  - Past experience as a paralegal or working with attorneys - Prior experience working in-house at a consumer technology, crypto/blockchain, or high growth tech company a plus
