In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy secure and scalable smart contracts that underpin decentralized financial infrastructure. You’ll take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from architecture to production, while working closely with product, compliance, and operations teams. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation at the core of a global fintech platform.

We are now looking for a Senior Solidity Engineer to take ownership of our on-chain architecture and expand the functionality of our blockchain-based financial systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the end-to-end architecture, development, testing, and deployment of smart contracts

Translate business and product requirements into secure, efficient, maintainable on-chain logic

Enhance cross-chain support from Polygon/Ethereum to other blockchains

Optimize contracts for gas efficiency, composability, and long-term maintainability

Conduct rigorous testing (unit, integration, fuzzing) and support third-party security audits

Stay ahead of emerging blockchain vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and security practices

Integrate smart contracts with backend services, APIs, and external partners

Communicate blockchain capabilities and limitations to non-technical teams

Promote best practices and uphold high standards of code quality and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in EVM blockchain development

Proven track record of deploying secure, production-grade smart contracts

Expert-level Solidity and EVM knowledge

Strong understanding of token standards, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles

Hands-on experience with frameworks like Foundry, Hardhat, or Truffle

Deep familiarity with smart contract security best practices and vulnerabilities

Ability to take initiative as the lead smart contract developer on projects

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience with stablecoins, DeFi protocols, staking contracts, or bridging infrastructure

Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain protocols, or multi-chain deployments

Contributions to open-source blockchain projects

Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in fintech/crypto

What Telcoin Offers

Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience) + annual bonus and stock option plan

Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 100% employer-sponsored for employee and family

401(k) plan with no waiting period

Unlimited PTO to support work/life balance
