Responsibilities
- Designing and developing decentralized applications (DApps) on blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others.
- Writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts using languages such as Solidity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technology into existing systems and applications.
- Conducting thorough evaluations of existing blockchain frameworks and recommending improvements or custom solutions.
- Building and optimizing blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms.
- Ensuring the security and scalability of blockchain networks and applications.
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Web3 development.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web3 Developer or in a similar role.
- Possess n-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized application development.
- Proficient in programming languages commonly used in Web3 development (e.g., Solidity, JavaScript).
- Experience with various blockchain platforms and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cryptography and secure coding practices.
- Familiar with decentralized storage and identity solutions.
