Web3 Senior Frontend Engineer

We are building a next-generation insights and aggregator platform for NFTs (“Bloomberg Terminal for NFTs”). With a team that has founded or worked for multi-billion-dollar businesses in the NFT/web3 space and incubated by Steel Perlot (a web3-focused fund chaired by Eric Schmidt), this company provides a rare opportunity to help build a crucial new part of the web3 and NFT ecosystem.

Role:

We’re looking for an experienced senior frontend engineer to join our tech team. You have an impact on the overall company direction and growth as well as code and features. This work will be foundational in building a groundbreaking new platform in the web3/NFT space. We have an incredibly high bar and you’ll be joining a highly talented and driven team.

Responsibilities:

• Write robust, scalable, quick, efficient, well-designed software that is easy to maintain, test, and document
• Feature and frontend implementation from design specs/Figma created by our Design team
• Working with Backend team in seamlessly integrate frontend functionality
• Create new and optimize existing systems and participate in design reviews
• Work closely with our product and design teams to see features from design to production

Minimum qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of engineering experience creating scalable products, or equivalent impact
• Deep expertise with ReactJS, React hooks, and GraphQL/REST
• Experience optimizing JavaScript performance and browser layout rendering
• Experience implementing designs using CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS, Bootstrap
• You can drive and execute several initiatives simultaneously
• You take ownership in your work and can both self-guide and take guidance from stakeholders
• You have an interest in web3
• Open communication and collaboration skills
• Firm opinions of what makes a good code review

Preferred qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of frontend testing best practices: integration tests, unit tests, CSS regression
• Previous startup experience
• Previous experience building a highly-scaled product
• Care for documentation and testing
• Team and culture oriented
