<span >At Bitso, Product Managers (PMs) are key players in building great products and delivering them to our customers. They are accountable for building products with cross functional teams. Among the key stakeholders, you may find software developers, designers, data scientists, compliance officers, country managers, and so on. PMs are also responsible for the speed and quality of the teamâs decisions in order to maximize customer value and business impact. In particular, great PMs at the Consumer Tribe lead the delivery of financial freedom to Latin Americans with crypto as the gateway.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, where you managed a multidisciplinary team to build, improve, and launch digital payments products.
- Experience within fintech companies or financial services sector
- Technical background or previous experience as a developer
- Experience leveraging data visualization tools and ability to transform data into insights
- Ability to understand complex technical, regulatory, financial, and operational requirements
- Understanding of the crypto ecosystem or enthusiasm to learn
- Experience using agile methodology is strongly desired
- English language proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Demonstrated success scaling payments products in Latin America. Experience working with payments in Colombia, Mexico or Argentina is a plus!
- Knowledge around the payments ecosystem in Latin America, and ability to talk about the regulatory and fraud landscape
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for funds in and funds out experiences at Bitso
- Ensure that the Consumer Tribeâs and your teamâs goals are achieved, proactively eliminating blockers and executing solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of customers by partnering with the Design department to conduct research, data analysis, customer interviews and usability testing
- Partner with stakeholders to design, improve and build payments experiences that users love, while in compliance with applicable jurisdictions and protecting usersâ funds
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to develop hypotheses and make product decisions, balancing data with intuition
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad and coordinate with other squads to constantly deliver value to our customers in a cohesive product experience
- Be the voice of your team across the organization
