// About the role

This is a remote role for a "Social Media & Community Manager" role at Rambe Games. The Social Media Manager (Web3) will be responsible for strategising, developing and creating high-quality content, as well as executing social media/marketing plans that will drive growth on our social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn; attracting new users, and engaging our growing community. This is a hands on role requiring the right candidate to exercise agility, being organised and brilliant with written material. Also, being passionate about both web3 and gaming is must!

// Who we're chasing

• 3+ years of experience in a Social Media Management or Marketing role.
• 3+ years of experience in web3
• A solid understanding of web3 meme culture
• Strong experience marketing on Twitter
• Adept at Managing Discord servers

In addition to:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive can-do attitude
• A passion for gaming and/or Ethereum NFTs
• Proven experience with analytics and tracking tools, creating analytics reports, and evaluating ROI of social media campaigns.
• Strong work ethic / Self-starter
• A high level of organisation

• Former talent from reputable web3/gaming industry brands.
• Any experience working in the gaming industry or crypto industry for a global brand.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience within a team on a prior token or NFT launch.
• Graphic Design experience (being adept with Photoshop or Canva)
