What you will do: Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals. Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice and timely content across channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Content Creation & Collaboration

Oversee and contribute to content creation, working closely with designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce engaging multimedia content tailored to each platform. Identify and implement creative ideas that leverage trends, seasonal events, and brand campaigns to drive audience engagement.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of social media designers, content creators, and channel specialists, providing direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Ensure team output aligns with brand standards, and encourage creativity, collaboration, and consistency across all social media channels.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, delivering reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions. Use data insights to refine content strategies, test new formats, and continuously improve results.

Trend Monitoring & Competitive Analysis

Stay updated on social media trends, new features, and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative. Apply best practices in platform algorithms, user behaviour, and visual trends to inform content strategy and audience engagement.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms Strong understanding of social media best practices, audience engagement strategies, and content trends Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Analytical Mindset for data-driven optimisation

Bonus points if you also have:

Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
