Islands is a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the community economy. Communities of all sizes can use our software to manage digital assets and pay people and projects globally. Our vision is to create a new community platform that is open and accessible.
We are funded by major VC funds and individuals such as founders and executives from Reddit, Twitch, Shopify, Notion, Coinbase, and more.
As our media strategist, youβll play a critical role in building and leading the Islands social media strategy by taking ownership of different platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and partnering closely with our creators to produce relevant thumb-stopping content about crypto, NFTs, and DAOs.
The ideal candidate for this role enjoys keeping a strong pulse of social media platforms, thinking outside of the box, and finding ways to present content in unique ways natively.
