Aragon Association is a small, remote-only team of people that span a broad range of backgrounds, interests, and geography. We're dropouts and Ph.D.s, craft beer and coffee lovers, living across the Americas and Europe, who are designing and building tools to secure and govern decentralized organizations.

Aragon Association has overseen the production of the leading smart contract framework to build DAOs, with toolkits for developers to seamlessly integrate their apps with DAO functionality, and a decentralized dispute resolution system.

Description  We're looking for a passionate and thoughtful Social Media Manager to build and execute a robust multi-channel social media marketing strategy to harness Aragon's social presence. This is a cross-functional role where you will work together with multiple teams on a day-to-day basis. This position reports directly to the CMO. 

Your first month will be focused on absorbing as much information as possible and learning more about our product, mindset, manifesto, and community. You will have a large degree of autonomy and the potential to create incredible value within and without Aragon, DAOs, and the overall Blockchain ecosystem. 

Responsibilities  - Grow Aragon's reach and engagement across all relevant social media channels (Twitter, Reddit, Linkedin, YouTube…) - Curate engaging multi-format (text, image and video) social media content and capitalize on emerging trends by writing clear and compelling social media posts ensuring brand consistency across channels. - Establish a positive and responsive presence communicating with audiences in a timely manner, leveraging social media scheduling and automation tools to ensure high coverage across channels. - Partner with the Community team to plan, launch, manage and host multi-channel marketing campaigns (AMAs, polls, live streams, promotions, competitions, giveaways, Twitter Spaces, Podcasts, etc). - Collaborate with the Content team to improve the SEO ranking of Aragon’s domain properties leveraging SEO reports, keyword trends and web traffic metrics. - Measure the impact of Aragon's reach and engagement across channels and report weekly progress on core social media KPIs. - Collaborate with other Growth and Ecosystem teams to understand current initiatives and make a plan to harness social media as a key growth channel. 

Requirements  - You hold a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent role-related experience. - You have 3+ years’ experience working in digital marketing and operations, as well as social media and SEO strategies. - You are an excellent written and verbal communicator with exceptional attention to detail. - You have a proven track record in building and growing audiences and an in-depth understanding of social media analytics. - You have versatility in managing a brand presence on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Reddit. - You have outstanding organizational and prioritization skills and can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively. - You are a fast learner and are willing to keep abreast of the DAO ecosystem and Aragon's product offerings. - You have a genuine interest or knowledge in blockchain and Web3 technologies, or prior experience with DAOs or in decentralized governance solutions, LegalTech, or FinTech and are ideologically aligned with open governance and decentralization.
