Web3 Social Media Marketing Manager (Entry-Level)

Tadrus Capital LLC isa quantitative capital management firm and hedge fund for institutional investors and ultra-high net worth investors. The company is located on historic Wall Street in the Financial District of New York and has expanded to Tampa, Florida. Trading operations are conducted out of the Cayman Islands, Sweden, and London through Tadrus International LLC (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines). The company deploys machine learning and various mathematical models 24/7 to autonomously take long or short investment positions in assets with exposure to equities, indexes, currencies, crypto, commodities, and bonds.

We are recruiting for a Social Media & Marketing Manager looking to make the next investment in their career.

Working at Tadrus Capital LLC:

• Global hedge fund (not a prop trading firm).

Responsibilities:

• Create content daily on all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok)
• Design and implement a researched media strategy.
• Oversee and create press releases, articles, newsletters, and digital media for the company.
• Create a podcast
• Responsible for managing and posting ads
• Coordinate and attend events for the company.
• Must attend after-hours networking events.

Required Qualifications:

• A highly motivated, self-driven individual that thrives in a fast-paced competitive environment
• Experience with creating Instagram reels and tik toks
• Team-oriented mentality
• A focused, entrepreneurial personality
• Social person who is outgoing and friendly
• Comfortable being on camera, reels, stories, posts, etc.
• A passion for trading and financial markets
• Leadership skills
• Ability to think outside the box with a growth mindset
• Ability to be creative in an industry that lacks social media presence.
• Must be comfortable representing the company on social media platforms in-person.
• Work in-office 4 days of the week - 1 day can be remote.
• Bachelor’s degree
