🙌🏼 What you will be doing

Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Team Lead, the Talent Partner will be working across all of our business functions, and working within our tightly knit People team. You will own activities across the Talent space in the UK and emerging markets. You’ll focus on building our teams on a global scale, being the heartbeat of our growth, bringing in exceptional minds that will propel us further into the uncharted territories of Crypto and Web3.

🧩 What you will be working on

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for UK, Poland, US from on all seniority levels.
  • Sourcing and enticing top-tier talent through unconventional channels, both in Tech and NonTech areas.
  • Collaborating closely with our visionary leaders, crafting recruitment strategies that uncover hidden talent.
  • Infusing our dynamic culture into every interaction, ensuring that each candidate feels the pulse of our vibrant workplace and has the best possible candidate experience.
  • Owning Employer Branding projects directed at growth of our employer brand and market visibility.
  • Continuously refining and streamlining our recruitment engine, processes and procedures to keep pace with our rapid growth and dynamic environment.

Within our team we focus on the harmonious synergy between Talent Acquisition and the wider People Team, counting ten people. This synergy drives our recruitment initiatives, with a dedicated focus on enhancing our Employer Branding strategies. Through regular weekly, daily and 1-on-1 meetings, we uphold a collaborative atmosphere, ensuring seamless coordination. We prioritize building connections not only with potential candidates, but also with hiring managers and all Rampers, cultivating an environment conducive to effective recruitment and smooth onboarding processes.

🤟🏻What you will bring

  • Experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including architecting effective and unconventional recruitment strategies in all business areas, including product, commercial, engineering, and legal.
  • A thorough understanding of the talent market in the UK and beyond, with a specific focus on the London area.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and ability to ensure trust is built quickly and maintained.
  • Experience in the startup realm that gives you an edge and the ability to thrive amidst chaos, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • A strong personality, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation, unafraid to make mistakes, and able to learn quickly
  • An ability to craft compelling and authentic narratives about the company culture, mission, and opportunities to resonate with potential candidates.
  • Love for ownership, autonomy and focus on outcomes and achieving goals.
  • Focus on the candidates and natural attraction to improving their experience in the whole process.
  • Proven experience with various recruitment platforms and tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and hiring processes. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and innovative HR technologies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to optimize recruitment strategies and leveraging metrics for informed decision-making.
