Web3 Technical Lead (Smart Contract)

The Technical Lead (Smart Contract) is a technical leadership position allowing you to work with other members of the leadership team and our CEO. We are looking for someone with previous technical leadership experience and solid coding skills to help grow and build a high-functioning team. Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of Solidity Developers
• Architect, guide, and review other developers' smart contract code, highlight and resolve security, stylistic, or architectural issues
• Design, develop, program, test, debug, and maintain smart contract code.
• Evaluate and evolve scalability, security, performance, and gas optimization.
• Ensuring CI/CD and SC deployment infrastructure is efficient, correct, and secure
• Oversee and audit deployment infrastructure for smart contracts and other routine backend tasks (bots, APIs)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior experience with building and releasing production-grade Solidity contracts to the BNB smart chain mainnet.
• At least 7 years of software development industry experience, at least 3 years in an agile environment.
• Understand blockchain architectures; Strong knowledge of BNB smart chain blockchain and smart contracts; Experience building decentralized exchange; Prefer experience architecting or developing for DeFi projects.
• Experience auditing contracts for security vulnerabilities
• Extensive experience with SC toolchain, including testing and deployment tools and systems
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub actions
• Experience taking team-lead responsibilities (mentoring, technical decision-making, SW development infrastructure setup)
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, dynamic, personality.
• Familiar with routine backend maintenance tasks, including setting up AWS instances, lambda functions, APIs, and bots. Nice to Haves:
• Degree in mathematics or computer science, with a background in cryptography or crypto-security, is strongly desired.
• Big advantage if you locate in Istanbul, Turkey.
