테스트 자동화 팀이 현재 주력하고 있는 분야는 모바일 리그레션 테스트 자동화로, 애플리케이션의 안정성을 지속적으로 확보하고 품질을 유지하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

저희 팀은 더 나아가서 API 테스트와 성능 테스트 등도 포괄하는 SDET(Software Development Engineer in Test)로서의 역량을 키워 나가고자 합니다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어의 전체 라이프 사이클에서 품질을 관리하며, 더욱 다양한 테스팅 전략과 방법론을 탐구하고 적용해 나갈 예정입니다.

코드가 사용자와 어떻게 상호작용하는지를 정확하게 이해하고, 그 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 시나리오를 자동화된 테스트로 구현하여 효율적이고 정확한 테스팅을 실현하려고 합니다.

이러한 다각적인 접근법을 통해, 저희는 단순히 버그를 찾아내는 것을 넘어, 고품질의 소프트웨어를 빠르게 제공할 수 있는 효율적인 테스팅 환경을 구축하고자 합니다.

테스트 자동화 팀은 모바일 테스트 자동화 환경을 최적화하고 전략적으로 관리할 수 있는 엔지니어를 찾고 있습니다. 또한 자동화된 테스트의 결과를 분석하고 추적할 수 있는 능력도 요구됩니다. 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 두 가지 역량을 모두 갖춘 지원자에게는 모바일 테스트 자동화의 최신 트렌드와 멀티 디바이스 테스트 전략을 지속적으로 탐구하고, 이러한 분야에서의 기술 개발에 전념할 것이 기대됩니다.

Responsibilities

• Appium 서버를 관리하고 최적화 합니다.
• 멀티 디바이스 테스팅을 위해 생성된 자동화 스크립트 절차를 구성하고 테스트 전략을 개발합니다.
• 테스트 결과를 분석하고 추적하며 이를 지표를 관리합니다.

What we want you to have

• 모바일 앱 테스트 경험 1년 이상
• 앱/서버 개발 프로젝트 참여 경험 1년 이상 or 서버 운영 경험 1년 이상
• Python 프로그래밍 초급 이상

Nice to have

• Node.js 기반 서버의 최적화 경험이 있으면 좋습니다.
• Xcode를 능숙하게 사용할 수 있으면 좋습니다. 
• Xcode 환경 내에서 테스트를 자동화한 경험이 있으면 좋습니다.
• 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 QA 경험이 있으면 좋습니다.
• 다양한 화면 크기와 OS 버전과 같은 모바일 특유의 테스팅 문제에 익숙하다면 유리합니다. 
• CI/CD 파이프라인을 설정하고 유지하는 경험이 있으면 좋습니다. 
• Jenkins, GitLab CI, 또는 GitHub Actions와 같은 CI/CD 도구에 익숙하다면 유리합니다. 
• 테스트 스크립트를 작성하거나 pytest와 같은 Python 기반 테스팅 프레임워크를 활용할 수 있는 프로그래밍 능력이 있으면 좋습니다.
