We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Crystal team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

— Setting the product design for our products;

—Research the needs ofpotential customers indifferent markets;

—Development offunctionality for new markets;

—Testing your solutions before implementation, collecting and analyzing feedback after implementation;

—Compliance with the current design system and participation inits development.

Requirements

— Your experience inDesign— atleast 3years, and asaProduct Designer— atleast 1year;

—Strong experience designing new products from research toscale-up;

—And, of course, portfolio ofdelivered products;

—Understanding ofmodern principles and methodology ofUX Design;

—Skills inSketch, Figma, AdobeCC (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD);

—Knowledge ofcomposition, typography;

—Sense of>

— Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data that helps ground your decisions;

— Ability towork collaboratively across cross-functional teams and levels;

— Experience working closely with software engineers and abasic understanding ofhow things are built;

— Understanding ofHTML, CSS, andJS;

— Experience working inaproduct company.

Will be aplus:

— Recent experience with one ofthe CRM/ SAAS/ Dashboards

— Illustrations/ Icons design for UI
