Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow the community through building great relationships with existing users, engaging with new users, creating content and fun for all our users.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of products and the community through data analysis and user feedback; prepare analytical reports for internal presentations and feedback.
• Grow and manage our community, coordinate with them to moderate regional social media platforms and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
• Drive engagement through social media channels by responding to questions or complaints, and to promote new initiatives.
• Write, review, edit, and update content for the websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms.
• Keep up to date with industry trends

Requirements:

• Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
• Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, leading an ambassador program, creating an event series, writing an email newsletter, etc.).
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends, and a strong interest in crypto and DAO culture.
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
• Fluency in either Portugese, Russian and/or Mandarin is a plus. An advanced level of English is also required.
• Experiences on DeFi and NFT projects will be a plus.
