This role will be working with the Customer Service team on building thoughtful web/platform design experiences. You will be managing multiple projects at any one time and working with your design colleagues across the globe to deliver a good experience for our CS employees.

Responsibilities:

• Design user workflows for enterprise products(Web/Mobile/Tablet).
• Work with a cross-functional, cross-regional team of designers, product managers, developers and other stakeholders. 
• Balance user needs with technical constraints to help realize the team’s ideas, translating these ideas into extraordinary visuals. 
• Join projects at varying stages of production, ranging from prototyping to providing scalable production resources, to polishing and optimizing UI assets for shipping, working closely with engineering to ensure a high-quality product. 
• Do regular UX/UI walkthroughs and competitive analysis.
• Keep improving the user experience. 

Requirements:

• Excellent hands-on design skills for different platforms as well as solid design knowledge. 
• Excellent problem solving skills and good at analyzing complex workflows. Excellent communication, and presentation skills to help others understand design decisions.
• Have good collaboration skills with internal and external teams (cross-team, cross-regional).
• Multi tasking，who can switch between different projects. 
• Bachelor degree or above. We focus on professional skills and talents, not academic qualifications.
• Self-driven and have a strong ownership spirit. Bonus points if you can communicate in both Chinese and English
