BlockFi is looking for anStructuring Senior Analyst, Derivatives to join our growing team!

About Your Team

We’re looking for an Analyst of Structuring to help us launch into our next phase of growth. You’ll join our Institutional team and work in structuring, collaborating with trading, credit and sales. You’ll help grow our derivatives efforts in options, structured products and other derivatives.

Your Mission

• Help develop and execute a variety of structures in crypto derivatives
• Negotiate and execute legal agreements with institutional and private clients
• Build strong relationships with trading and sales to create and execute transactions
• Support the team on end-to-end products deal structuring and execution
• Partner and collaborate with risk and legal teams
• Assist the team in development of new structures and documentation as our derivatives business expands

Your Expertise

• 1+ years of experience including either sell or buy side
• Familiarity with term sheets, preparing pitches and presentations
• Interested in working on the complete structuring and execution process
• Understanding and experience in derivatives transactions is preferred
• Interest in cryptocurrency and enthusiastic about BlockFi's products
• Inclusive team player attitude
