What will you do

• Verifying the identity of new customers as part of onboarding while strictly following our KYC requirements and procedures
• Conducting Enhanced Due Diligence reports and following other AML procedures based on the legal requirements
• Identifying customers' source of funds and field of activity as part of the daily operational tasks or onboarding
• Dealing with customer account-related operational activities, such as processing deposits and withdrawals
• Executing other tasks assigned from the compliance team, such as fraud and suspicious activity-related tasks and contacting customers
• Being responsible for meeting the deadlines and quality standards for KYC/AML-related tasks and processes set to the team
• Training new joiners and playing a key role while developing and improving our internal processes
• Communicating with customers via ticketing tool, chat or social media as a Support Agent if needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a KYC/AML Specialist or any other similar position in FinTech or regulated field
• Flawless attention to detail even in routine tasks
• Bulletproof stress tolerance
• Excellent verbal and written English, any other language is a big plus
• Estonian residence permit

Nice to have

• In-depth crypto trading experience or working in a crypto company
• Previous experience from banking/financial services area
