Responsibilities
- Design, build and refine trading features including spot, margin, futures, simple buy/sell for centralized crypto exchange, for web, app and trading API.
- Track progress and execute on development, testing, launch and operations.
- Follow up with post-launch improvements and bug fixes based on feedback and data.
- Collect user and stakeholder feedback to continuously optimize our trading products.
- Regularly perform competitor research and benchmarking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Engineering, Math, Computer Science or related majors preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience with trading and crypto exchanges, ranging from spot and margin to futures.
- Familiar and keeps up to date with crypto exchange competitive landscape.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with different teams: Product, Engineering, Ops, Treasury, Compliance and more.
- Independent thinking and quick learning in a fast paced environment.
- Good project management and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time.
