What you’ll do

    • Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, etc.)
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and marketing goals
    • Set up and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform pixels
    • Provide regular reporting with actionable insights to optimize ROI and campaign performance
    • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to define KPIs, conversion goals, and attribution models
    • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate campaign performance and trends effectively
    • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve marketing outcomes
    • Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting through rigorous attention to detail

What we expect from you

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a related field 
    • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and attribution
    • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and Excel/Google Sheets
    • Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), LinkedIn Ads, etc., including UTM parameter implementation and analysis
    • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
    • High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience supporting campaign strategy and performance optimization preferred
