Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and managing legal and compliance risk and ensure all activities are in line and in compliance with Singapore regulations and organization’s internal policies and procedures
• Review and draft agreements, documents, policies and procedures to ensure that they are in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements of Singapore laws
• Develop, implement and continually improve data protection framework of the organization
• Involve in developing good policies for collecting, using, processing, handling, and/or handling personal data
• Handle queries related to data protection, risks and privacy
• Implement policies and processes and ensure that they are being adhered to
• Coordinate, undertake, carry out, review and manage full assessments in connection with data protection, privacy, handling and processing of personal data
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure organization’s compliance with PDPA, policies and processes
• Conduct data protection due diligence of third-party providers
• Review, draft and negotiate data processing agreements with third party, vendors, suppliers and customers
• Maintain registers and records of processing activities
• Liaise with Personal Data Protection Commission and applicable government bodies where required

• Minimum Degree with at least 2 years of experience in personal data protection, privacy and PDPA
• Good analytical, written and communication skills
• Excellent communication culture in a diverse multinational environment.
• Excellent administrative skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to details and with limited supervision
