ABOUT dYdX:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the full product development lifecycle for key consumer and institution facing features that impact our core business across ideation, technical development, and launch
• Lead user research and analyze data to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users and their needs. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for opportunities and improvements
• Drive team execution by defining roadmaps, speccing out features, and working with engineers and designers to ship products - Ensure accountability and measure success for key objectives by defining KPI requirements
• 3+ years of product management experience owning end to end product lifecycles
• Strong technical background with 2+ years of technical experience building products
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment
• Strong product instincts - you understand how to uncover users’ core needs and how to craft a focused, impactful product experience
• Ruthless prioritization - you zero in on what matters and ship quickly in order to learn and iterate
• Creative problem solver - you are able to root cause complex problems and implement viable solutions
• Strong qualitative research and quantitative analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

• Interest and/or experience in crypto, blockchain, decentralization
• Interest and/or experience in derivatives trading, FinTech

Salary range for this role is $155K to $220K (NY). Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
