Impact

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who wants to join and develop within the Partnerships team. This role provides an opportunity to make an immediate impact. In addition, this person will support the broader Revenue organization on lead generation and new customer onboarding.

This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to join a seasoned and strategic partnerships team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end process for FalconX to onboard to external partners
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date inventory of all required documentation
  • Assist the team with tracking key metrics for Liquidity Partners and Exchanges
  • Work with external partners to conduct KYB refreshes
  • Liaise daily with exchanges for ongoing partner activities
  • Identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency
  • Establish and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management
  • Work closely with marketing and product to create partner materials, deliverables, and other relevant communications
  • Lead generation support and business development support:
    • Find, qualify, and route leads
    • Help Sales / Institutional Coverage research accounts
    • Help Sales / Institutional Coverage prepare for client conversations

  • New customer onboarding for key accounts:
    • Manage new customers as they onboard onto FalconX
    • Program manage the customers so they complete the required tasks in a timely manner
    • Ensure CRM is updated with the latest status of a customer’s journey in this process
    • Work with customers to ensure they understand how to use the onboarding portal
    • Provide insights and information to leadership that give (1) subjective commentary on customers’ onboarding experience and (2) views into what’s needed to unblock particular customer experiences

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • A passion for the crypto space
  • Familiarity with software tools such Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce (Salesforce ideal but not required)
  • Ability to interface with clients collaboratively - be supportive to their needs while also gently pushing them forward in a process
  • Program management skills - Understanding statuses, updating status documents, capturing information on how to unblock blocked situation, escalating issues to leadership
