Paxos’ Legal team is looking for a Paralegal to uplevel our Legal Team’s work on a varied portfolio of work including civil litigation, employment, investigations, and regulatory engagement. Together, we empower today’s financial leaders to build a more open, trusted economy. As a Paralegal, you’ll get to: 

Build organizational systems to make our Legal team more efficient Handle Paxos’ responses to regulatory subpoena requests Manage our docket of civil litigation and regulatory consumer complaints Support Paxos’ relationship with key external stakeholders, including our regulators Organize our approach to employment-related documentation, including offer letters and employment agreements

Your experience should include:

2+ years of law firm paralegal experience Experience working on litigation matters  Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills

You might also have: 

In house paralegal experience  Experience working on regulatory or employment matters Experience working in hyper-growth, tech-focused company
