What you’ll do 👀

• Responsible for developing, managing and optimizing all paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, paid social campaigns and retargeting
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all PPC activities
• Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and conduct extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
• Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid search to meet company goals
• Generate Weekly and Monthly reporting

You should apply if ✅

• 3+ years as a Paid Media Manager or Performance Marketing Manager
• Previous experience in working for a technology company (fintech preferred, crypto ideal)
• Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.
• Wizard in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram advertising - Reddit and Quora a plus
• A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels including SEO, social, email, PR etc.
• Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager master
• Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment

• Recruiter call (20-30 minutes)
• Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
• Remote take-home task (role dependent)
• Final interview (2 hours)
