About the team:
Prime product team is a specialized team focusing on delivering products to institutional clients within crypto world. We work closely with the sales team to identify potential client requirements, analyze the product gap and then propose ideas and solutions. By leveraging the wide range of product offerings and deep liquidity on OKEx platform, we aim to build an eco-system friendly to institutional clients, grow the business further and generate more volume.
The team is currently based in Hong Kong, and all team members are equipped with extensive experience and knowledge from the financial service industry, as well as with diverse backgrounds and nationalities.

Your responsibilities:
- Design crypto asset trading products — including spot, margin, futures, perpetual swap and options — as well as the back-end service, user experience and new business model, participating in the whole lifecycle of this platform from project establishment to launch
- Create the short- and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the product lifecycle, competitive environment and resource structure
- Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods
- Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments
- Analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan
Requirements:
- A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
- 3+ years of product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably from a well-known university
- Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
- Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and to your team
- Experience in designing or trading financial products, such as in stocks, funds, forex, futures and options
- Fluent in English, preferably having studied or worked overseas
- Experience building a product from A to B
- Team management experience
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
