What the day to day looks like:

• Know how to incorporate complex technical, financial, and business requirements and terms into research, in a way that is approachable and empathetic to research participants/internal audiences.

• Actively seeking to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment which is never boring nor predictable

Ideal candidate must have:

• 3+ years of experience with Product organizations
• Deep understanding of different qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
• Ability to speak to and educate teams about user research
• Experience independently leading projects from planning through delivery
• Excellent story-telling abilities and presentation skills
• Comfort with ambiguous, complex problems
• Undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field OR comparable UX research experience
• Fluent English, Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory
• Willing to travel from time to time, mainly to Beijing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior UX Researcher
