About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategy Design: Proactively monitor emerging trends and competitor movements within the Web3 sector. Engage actively in shaping the strategic direction of the OKX Wallet ecosystem.
- Business Collaboration: Identify and forge partnerships with leading projects, chains, and partners to enhance collaboration and stimulate user growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize OKX's extensive resources across product development, marketing, operations, and ventures to tailor strategic partnerships for pivotal projects.
- Innovation Leadership: Work closely with internal teams in product and technology to develop OKX Wallet into a premier, user-centric Web3 gateway.
- Leadership: Efficiently coordinate internal operations and guide team members towards achieving business objectives.
What We Look For In You
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the Web3 industry.
- Outstanding execution, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English as a working language, any additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrates resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong multitasking skills. Should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote environment.
- Profound understanding and insights into the Web3 industry, coupled with a rich network of industry connections.
