Team
Our blockchain team supports promising studios in building great blockchain games for a worldwide audience of mobile users. The blockchain gaming market is thriving. By joining this team you will help us disrupt the market by creating a new segment of fun, mobile blockchain games. The team is multi-disciplinary and gathers expertise in Product, Tech and M&A. Together, they work as an entrepreneurial squad, looking to build the next hit in the mobile space.
Role
- Be product owner and operate a Web3 game live, managing a team of developers, artists and data analysts
- Be involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, economy, tech
- Continuously improve the internal process of game creation
- Monitor and improve game metrics
- Push updates with gameplay, meta-features and monetisation AB tests at a high pace
- Lead, inspire and motivate the teams working on the game, ensure they reach their goals and maintain enthusiasm for the project
- Through your work, you will develop your skills and help us deliver fun and entertaining games to millions of people all around the world.
Profile
- Previous experience as a Game Manager/Game Product Manager
- Passionate about gaming
- Great knowledge of Web3 gaming with personal experience playing some of them
- Strong analytical skills and is detail and data-oriented
- Understanding of game design
- Good game balancing UX/UI sensitivity
- Excellent communication, organization and execution skills
- Fluency in English
