Your Mission:
As a Web3 Growth Hacker at Bitrefill, your mission is to lead and execute our Web3 strategy to drive growth and adoption with these users. By using data-driven web3 marketing strategies, you'll identify customer needs and untapped opportunities, fueling our marketing campaigns and influencing our product development. You'll strengthen key industry relationships, promoting strategic partnerships that extend our reach.
This job is a full-time position.
Your Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- You will be the central point of web3 growth and the sticky glue between various teams to own web3 KPIs (e.g revenue generated from partnerships and communities, and non-BTC sales volume).
- Work closely with the partnerships manager and social media marketer to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and maximize user engagement.
- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies targeted at non-Bitcoin crypto users, with a focus on understanding and engaging with various NFT and token based crypto communities.
- Work with the social media team to create web3 focused content and promotions. You should be able to flag emerging trends, airdrops, and events and supervise the current social media marketer to build out that content.
- Setup Twitter Spaces with various partners and increase visibility in the web3 space.
- Work with the current email marketing team to help build out web3 strategy, including special offers based on token holdings, networks they use, and other behaviors.
- Comfortably use analytics tools like Multibase to understand the web3 audience. Based on this data you should be able to build specific campaigns and increase overall LTV through various marketing initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities: - Source partnership opportunities for Bitrefill and test out various web3 channels such as NFT communities, gaming, wallets, and tokens.
You bring with you:
- At least 5 years of marketing experience.
- Strong experience in web3 - with at least 2 years of experience at a marketing or similar role.
- Preferably has B2C experience (web2 or web3)
- You have a wide network in web3
- Has experience growing a twitter following in the crypto space.
- You have experience building a community in the past.
- You are an actual user - you have a strong on-chain history, you are a degen, mint NFTs, use DeFi protocols, etc.
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. It’s a plus if you also have fluency in another language like Spanish, French or Portuguese.
