Responsibilities：

• Responsible for merchant management related product processes, work with R&D, QA and other teams to promote project implementation
• Be able to promote and build transaction management, fund management, payment product management, operation management and other capabilities from the perspective of merchants and business
• Responsible for business process analysis and solution design on the merchant side, and participate in relevant discussion with operation team and merchants to ensure output high-quality products, so as to support the online needs of merchants
• Responsible for the merchant experience, responsible for the product performance, data-driven, continuously tract the performance of related products on the merchant management platform, and promote product iteration and development

• 3+ years of product management experience; technical expertise preferred
• Good understanding of merchants' requirements
• Solid knowledge about product development life cycle and experience involved at various stages including requirement review, UI/UX design, test case review, production support
• Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
• Result driven. Strong ability in analysing data to derive insights and make decisions
• Good time management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and keep them on schedule
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and a fast-paced remote working environment
