About the Role and Team:

The Ecosystem team at Worldcoin is responsible for creating partnerships and championing Worldcoin amongst crypto users. Worldcoin strives to be a differentiated leader in the cryptocurrency space both in scale and functionality. It must leverage this to attract partnerships and onboard additional users both inside and outside of the crypto community to succeed. In this role you will:

• Travel to global cryptocurrency events across several continents representing Worldcoin and evangelizing what we are building
• Onboard crypto-native users onto Worldcoin with Orbs at the events for several hours per day
• Develop a streamlined understanding of the project, both from an Operational and a high-level technical perspective and effectively communicate said understanding to potential users and partners
• Support event planning and help strategize Worldcoin’s physical presence at crypto events
• Effectively gather and communicate insights from events and iterate on tactics and pitch based on event retrospectives
• Collaborate across various teams including but not limited to Product, SDK, Growth and Legal
• Work on several cross-functional projects in downtime between events

About You:

• Strong interest in crypto
• High energy, extroverted and personable
• Base technical understanding of cryptocurrency as well as other concepts such as hashing and public/private keys
• Willingness to learn
• Strong willingness to travel (~50-75% of the time)
• Based outside of the United States of America
• Prior experience in building or working in crypto is a plus
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or other roles where one represents a company directly partners or to consumers is a plus
