A bitcoin miner in the US are looking for a Director of Strategy and Growth to join their team. You will be at the forefront of decision-making for brand new blockchain products, partnerships, and acquisitions.

You will be working with a team of data-driven strategists, who are passionate about crypto and bitcoin mining.

Responsibilities of the Director of Strategy and Growth:

• Working on cutting edge defi products across exchanges, staking, protocols etc.
• Identify business strategies to positively impact progress in the company
• Take a data driven approach, using financial models to analyze and decide on the best path
• Speaking to customers and clients to evaluate new strategies and opportunities
• Work on initiatives such as product, carbon neutrality, increasing revenue and creating new partnerships

Requirements of the Director of Strategy and Growth:

• Passionate for Bitcoin mining and an advocate for the space
• Finance background would stand out
• Managed strategy projects across the full lifecycle
• Data-driven mindset, adept with financial models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a remote opportunity so the successful candidate must be able to work independently and hit the ground running.
