Grayscale Investments is seeking a highly capable, creative, and proactive Analyst, Multimedia to support the development of Grayscale’s multimedia marketing initiatives.

We are looking for an Analyst to assist our internal video production team. You will be a key player within the team, working closely with the lead of multimedia and a team of marketing professionals to ensure projects stay on track, meet our high standards, and tight deadlines. In this role, you will have a strong background in creative production along with a combination of technical and project management skills to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management: organize, file, and store our creative assets in an efficient way. This includes grouping footage in Premiere, keeping the edit bays organized, archiving and synching of our local server, and managing hard drives/cloud.
• Production Assistant: assist during the production process, performing tasks as needed. This includes creation and distribution of production schedules, coordinating between equipment rentals and location staff.
• Set Assistant: setting up for shoots including grip/lighting and ensuring adequate material and equipment availability.
• Creative Partner: introducing new ideas and expressing creative vision while on set or in post mortems.
• Admin: keeping trackers up to date, filing production expenses, keeping full res files organized, and maintaining a legend on where to find those files.
• Post Production: must know the basics of video editing and scrubbing.

Prior Experience/Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, media production or administrative work preferably in a creative industry (fashion, media, music, or design)
• Basic knowledge of the video/photo editing workflow
• Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Lightroom) is a plus
• Experience with being on a production set and helping with basic tasks is a plus
• Experience with Project Management trackers (Monday.com) is a plus
• Effective communication skills – verbal, written, presentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus but not required
• Desire to learn and grow, willingness to take on a broad set of assignments
