Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Comp Science, Engineering, or other technical field is a must; advanced degrees will be preferred
• 4+ years experience in mobile game design, including at least 1 year on a game in live ops
• Experience creating in-game content designed to appeal to a specific audience
• Very good understanding of mobile and Internet products, growth strategies and business dynamics
• Ability to execute research projects and craft actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
• Excellent organisational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

You will 📲

• Design and implement the economic aspect of features that create a fun player experience, further the strategic vision of the product, and drive increased player engagement and monetization
• You will own the in-game economy and will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Analysts to devise the strategy for the real money and virtual game economies
• Drive the monetary value of the virtual game currency (i.e crypto tokens) by managing the bonding curve
• Work with analysts to simulate in-game player behavior to prevent fraud
• Design and implement the economic aspect of features that create a fun player experience, further the strategic vision of the product, and drive increased player engagement and monetization
• Analyze the many facets of the game economy, player engagement, and monetization data at a macro and micro level
• Run day to day product operations and offerings and events to keep the player base engaged
• Work closely with other designers and cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and product management on the design and implementation of new game features
• Create and maintain documentation for all A/B economy testing that goes on for live ops for games
• Assess and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve game design and balance
• Create and own the implementation of fun, engaging in-game events and other game content
• Create clear and complete game design documentation for game content and features
