Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist (Russian Market), you will develop and maintain the Russian Market, leveraging various tools combined with unique insights into the crypto community to help drive the growth of BitMart community and influence network.

What you will do:

• Assist global marketing managers in managing integrated global crypto marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive research analysis. Conduct market research to find answers about global consumer requirements, habits and trends.
• Work closely with our partners/listing projects to achieve maximum campaign exposure.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing (internship included)
• Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry, or strong willingness to learn about
• cryptocurrency, is preferred.
• Bilingual in Russia and English is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, independent problem-solving, and outstanding communication skills.
• Quick learner, self-starter, highly detail oriented.
