We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our remote team!

Our hiring team will play a major part in building a strong talent pipeline. This will require a hands-on approach to efficiently managing the recruitment process while maintaining a positive and informative candidate experience.

What will you do?

  • Proactively search for candidates across multiple channels
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Nurture and build trust with passive candidates who may not be ready to pursue a new job
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the roles and requirements to translate to an efficient sourcing strategy
  • Collaborate with the talent team and leaders to develop highly effective processes with a focus on attracting the most talented candidates
  • Maintain and update our ATS

What skills do you bring?

  • 2 years of technical recruitment experience, exposure and/or experience in a start-up or SaaS company is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to step into the unknown
  • Comfortable across multiple different systems and platforms with ease

What skills & experience would set you apart?

  • Prior experience in working in high volume hiring environment for technology hiring as a full-cycle recruiter
  • Familiarity, practical experience, academic background, or interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or FinTech sectors
  • Ability to keep key stakeholders well-informed throughout the different recruitment processes
