Position: EMEA Head (reporting to CEO)

Prospexis is an upcoming A.I.- powered start-up focused on disrupting the InvesTech industry.

Our innovative platform leverages artificial intelligence, Generative\Autonomous LLM, deep learning, and NFT/Blockchain technology to streamline private market transactions across various asset classes, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate, and OTC commodities investments.

We seek a visionary and dynamic Manager to join our pre-launch start-up as the EMEA Head (reporting to CEO).

As EMEA Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Prospexis and driving the success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a start-up and significantly impact the InvesTech market.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Vision:

· Develop and refine the overall strategic direction of Prospexis, aligning it with our vision and mission.

· Identify key market opportunities and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

· Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to InvesTech and Artificial Intelligence.

2. Operational Leadership:

· Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of business objectives.

· Build and nurture a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and agility.

· Forge strategic partnerships and relationships to accelerate business growth and enhance our market position.

3. Business Development:

· Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and customer acquisition opportunities.

· Engage with potential clients and partners, showcasing the value proposition of Prospexis.

· Continuously evaluate the market landscape to drive product enhancements and innovation.

4. Financial Management:

· Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure economic sustainability.

· Seek investment opportunities, secure funding, and manage investor relations.

· Mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and financial standards.

5. Industry Thought Leadership:

· Represent Prospexis as a thought leader in the InvesTech and Artificial Intelligence domains.

· Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers, media, and relevant stakeholders.

· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, leveraging knowledge to drive innovation within Prospexis.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Divisional Head, executive, or leadership role within a start-up environment.

· Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence technology and its applications in InvesTech and customer engagement.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving business growth.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and disruption.

· Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, funding, and investor relations.

· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
