Job Qualifications

• Proficient in Figma, FigJam, and Jira.
• Experienced with Cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, and NFTs.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices and UI/UX principles.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

UX Design Skills:

• Expertise in solving unique UX problems quickly through iterative design processes.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Skilled in creating user personas, journey maps, and flow diagrams to enhance user experiences.

UI Design Skills:

• Adept at translating user stories and product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Capable of creating beautiful, functional designs that reflect our brand.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining a consistent visual language across all platforms.
• Experience in designing for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Design Systems Management:

• Proven experience in building and maintaining comprehensive design systems in Figma.
• Skilled in defining and documenting design guidelines, components, and patterns.

Compensation

• Target salary: $70k-$110k
