What we are looking for in candidates

• A minimum of 3 years of first-hand experience providing IT Support to end-users in an international company.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace suite.
• Experience in Mac OS and Windows administration, including provisioning and management.
• Proficiency with Mobile Device Management.
• Knowledge of directory services, including SSO and Identity Management.
• Experience in automation and scripting languages like Bash/Powershell is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with colleagues from various tech and business backgrounds.
• Honesty and ability to give constructive feedback.
• Proven experience in resolving conflicts.
• Proficiency in the English language as we have a multinational team

• Discovery Interview - 30 min
• Skills Interview - 60 min
• Final Interview - 60 min
