Candidate requirements
- 5+ years of .NET experience (C# 8+, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs)
- Strong experience with the MongoDB .NET Driver (LINQ, transactions, aggregation pipelines)
- Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Storage)
- Understanding of async/await, performance optimization, and secure API design
Job responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain our .NET 8 backend with modern C# practices
- Work extensively with the MongoDB .NET Driver (indexes, aggregations, performance tuning)
- Refactor and simplify complex business logic into clean, testable components
- Develop Azure WebJobs & Functions for background tasks and automation
- Integrate external APIs (ATS, payment, social, and Web3 services)
- Contribute to gamification, referral, and blockchain features
