Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting daily with the relevant internal teams to support the business of structured products.
- Monitor business data and design optimization schemes according to business data.
- Collect and mine user needs, analyze the dynamics of competitors and optimize product experience.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in Financial Engineering or Financial Mathematics related major is desirable.
- Understand the basic principles of derivatives and structured products.
- Interest in blockchain with a desire to learn more about this industry as a long-term goal.
- Bilingual
- Be a good team player with great communication and execution skills
