Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on Defi protocols and blockchain data, design and deploy algorithmic trading strategies using in-house automated trading infrastructure.
- Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, calibrate and fine tune the performance.
- Provide reporting on daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L
- Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree from top university, preferably majors in Mathematics / Statistics/ Computer Science/ Financial Engineering
- At least 1- 3 years of trading experience in algorithmic trading
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills, and proficiency in back-testing/simulation.
- Hands-on experience on defi protocols and good knowledge of blockchain basics
- Strong programming skills (Python or C++ or Java etc)
- Ability to work autonomously and/or remotely in a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment
