What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the research and product design efforts for our DEX aggregator, delivering comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), prototypes, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including market, operations, UI/UX, R&D, and testing, to drive the successful implementation and launch of the DEX aggregator project.
- Manage the entire product life cycle, developing and monitoring data analysis indicators. Regularly analyze daily data to derive insights and optimize product performance.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1-3 years of professional product management experience. A background in finance and computer science is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies. Previous exposure as an experienced user of DeFi ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for interacting with overseas colleagues and users in both languages.
- Strong ownership mentality and effective project management skills.
- Key Competencies: Project management, keen sense of user experience, familiarity with user growth strategies, and a deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
