Your Role:
We are seeking an accurate and proactive Middle Office Crypto Analyst to join our team in Baar, Switzerland. With a solid financial background and a keen interest in crypto and blockchain, or even prior experience in this field, you possess the ideal prerequisites for this role. Precision and attention to detail are paramount in this position.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure smooth and efficient transactions across various counterparties.
-Manage operations on different crypto wallets and exchanges.
-Reconcile positions accurately.
-Facilitate onboarding to new exchanges, including KYC procedures.
-Ensure compliant documentation of transaction workflows.
-Manage and prepare trade transactions.
-Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.
-Drive process improvements and implementations within the operations team.
Requirements:
-Background in Finance, Accounting, Operations, and/or Middle Office.
-Exceptional attention to detail.
-Hands-on mentality with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
-Interest in or experience with crypto assets and blockchain technology.
-Proficiency in both verbal and written English and German.
-Experience with PowerBi, PowerQueries, and Excel.
-Nice to have: experience in writing scripts.
