Who You Are:

As a Social Media Manager, you turn ideas and content into social media campaigns, online features and marketing activations. You are the voice of our brand on our most important communication channels.

You are responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring the brand’s presence across multiple social media platforms while guaranteeing the tone of the brand.

Our ideal candidate is creative and has great conversational writing skills to interact with our community and publish our content on our various social platforms.

Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and community engagement.
• Creating captivating content for a brand’s social media channels, which includes writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content on all our existing and future platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Medium, Discord, TikTok).
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and Web3 technologies.
• Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, direct messages and social media posts on all platforms (Twitter and Instagram).
• Liaising with other departments and creatives to create an effective online marketing strategy.
• Benchmarking the NFT market and the moving trends to keep the company on top of them.
• Embracing memes and popular trends.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in working with various social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord).
• Great communication skills in order to liaise with multiple stakeholders, creatives and departments.
• Good networking skills to form relationships with influencers and other key players.
• An ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• English Native.
• Solid knowledge of Web3, NFTs, Memes and Pop Culture.
