Reports to: Finance Manager
About the role
The position shall be responsible for maintaining day-to-day management and execution of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, administers, and controls the budget.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Continuing to improve the payment process
You’d be a great candidate if you have:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance & Administration roles.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent time management and organizational ability.
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
