As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager (PR Manager) to join our Marketing and Communications team.
The PR Manager will play a key role in developing brand awareness for IoVLabs and our family of brands. You will work alongside the wider marketing team on campaigns to increase brand awareness, amplify the success of our partners and drive adoption of our technology.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in web3 and on the cutting edge of finance. You will play a strategic and hands-on role working with senior leaders in the business to develop a long-term PR and communication strategy while also managing key external agencies and our day-to-day press activity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing day-to-day PR strategy and campaigns, including storytelling, executive profiling, and thought leadership.
- Ensure regular, positive coverage in national and global publications focusing on finance, technology, business, and innovation alongside trade media and regional press in our markets.
- Write and edit clear and compelling quotes, press releases, and by-lined articles.
- Proactively manage external agencies, editorial calendars, and media inquiries.
- Analyzed, measured, and regularly report on the results of our PR programs Manage external agencies, budgets, and campaign ROI.
- Direct the social media team to develop online communities, engage influencers and amplify messages across traditional and new media.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting IoVLabs and our brands and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years experience as a PR specialist in the world of B2B fintech, financial services, or a related field.
- BSc/BA in PR, communications, marketing, journalism, or similar.
- A track record of successful PR campaigns driving real business impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- A strong sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Experience managing external agencies working with the national and global media.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience developing and building online communities.
- Knowledge of day-to-day PR tools such as Cision, Meltwater, Response Source etc.
- Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- A finger on the pulse of PR with knowledge of cutting-edge strategies, tools, and tactics that can be part of integrated marketing strategies.
- Experience in using PR to play a role in B2B ABM marketing strategies a plus
