Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Data Analyst to help analyze data from multiple sources and systems. The main objectives for this role will be to review and extract data, analyze data quality, and produce data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Requirements will require experience in importing and normalizing data using Excel, Python, and SQL, working with Tableau, and transforming complex data into graphs and dashboards will be key into this role. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources and systems
• Evaluate data quality and employ analytics tools to clean processes and convert large transactional data
• Analyze data to identify trends & areas for improvement
• Use Python, and Excel to write complex functions for calculations and data analysis
• Transform complex data and findings into charts, graphs dashboards using Tableau
• Evaluate & determine appropriate methods for data analysis
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and leadership, analyzing data and trends and providing charts/dashboards for review.
• Creating dashboards and reports

Required skills:

• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python
• Project management tools: Jira, Trello, Scrum, Notion, Confluence

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience focused on data and analytics work
• 1+ years of experience using Tableau
• Manipulating data using Python, Excel, and SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate results of analysis in a clear and effective manner.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to manipulate data based on business requirements/rules
• Passionate about analyzing data and discovering trends to help improve business processes.
