Let’s go!    Your mission We’re looking for a dynamic, organised, and proactive Office Manager to help ensure smooth operations in our Bucharest office. This role entails office management with high-level administrative support, making it ideal for someone who’s highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things streamlined and running efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of our Workplaces Experience (WX) and People Experience (PX) teams, and have a direct impact on day-to-day activities.   What you’ll do 

Oversee daily Bucharest office operations, ensuring an organized, well-functioning, and fully stocked workspace.   Manage reception duties and hospitality, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.  Handle office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, including procurement and post management. Align local practices with global workplace policies and collaborate with HQ, International Hubs, and Security teams to ensure safety and standardization. Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and community-building activities to strengthen team engagement.

  Who you are 

5+ years of experience in office or hotel management, executive assistance, or a similar role. You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping any, effectively prioritise and always have an eye on the details. You anticipate needs and tackle challenges before they become problems. You’re approachable, collaborative, and great at building relationships. Fluent in English and Romanian.
